Consider regionalism in dressing in quattrocento Italy. How did Florentines view the way they dress versus other city-states?
Pick a portrait from the Renaissance in full color and copy/paste into your assignment . Make note of particular use of clothing in a portrait.
Look through a lifestyle magazine and find a portrait of a personality.. Cut the picture out and paste into your notebook. Is clothing used in a similar or different way (than in the Renaissance) to present the subject of the photographic portrait?
