This is HR Training and development project, you have to include introduction,main body and conclusion, I wrote everything in the guideline i will upload it. you have to explain every thing in details especially the organisation characteristics explain each one and give an example. just follow the guideline very carefully. the references must be from books and research academic articles from the year of 2010 and above. I will tell the writer what are the organisation characteristics later.
