This will be two part case study application/analysis 800 words each plus the word count that goes into tables, devided into three parts (A, B, C):
I will upload case study relevant to the question as well as lecture slides appropriate
1. Strategy Development Processes – Case – Google: who drives the strategy?
A. Provide a table that presents a brief description and key references of concepts and tools with respect to ‘strategy development processes’.
B. Applying the above concepts and tools, provide table(s) and/or figure(s) to answer the following question.
C. Provide an 800-word commentary on TASK B
2. Organising for Success – Case – Hurricane Katrina: human-made disaster?
A: Provide a table that presents a brief description and key references of concepts and tools regarding ‘organising for success’.
B: Applying the above concepts and tools, provide table(s) and/or figure(s) to answer the following question.
C: Provide an 800-word commentary on TASK B
In addition I will add example from last year but I would like you to do only the analysis part (tables A plus the application B and commentary on the task B) without the 200 word commentary on the seminars experience as it is displayed in the example, I will do it myself.
