I having a marketing homework is im the boss of the restaurant to make a contract for employee
the contract have to have (I will upload the example)
1. the cashier – place the wrong order/address or phone number for the customer will be take of 5$ for each time
2. outline and kitchen – make the wrong food for customer will be charge the half price of the order that you make it wrong
3. shift manager – All shift manager need to finish the check list before clock out.
4. If the employee have no lateness/ absent or no any mistake from the cashier, outline or kitchen will have 20$ for the bonus.
