Question 1
The establishment of an international travel e-business requires many considerations in setting it up. Among the key considerations is the pricing factor. The owners of the e-business need to apply careful thought to the pricing of the golf vacations that they intend to offer globally. Although typically individuals who are interested in taking golf vacations are usually rich, the pricing factor is still of significance. This is informed by the fact that there area lot of other things competing for their attention in terms of vacations and get-aways. The pricing therefore has to be set in such a way as to both make business -sense for the owners of the business and to satisfy the client in terms of the cost of the trip. Care must also be taken not to under-quote in pricing as this may result in negative association of cheap pricing with poor quality golf vacations.
Another worthy consideration that should be made in the e-business while going global would be legal issues. Owners should ensure that all necessary licenses are sought so as to ensure that the business operates within legal stipulations concerning international e-businesses. Inn the same regard, care must be taken concerning the alignment of the company’s activities with laws in countries in which it aims to operate. Since the e-business would become globally accessible, then it is necessary for its owners to be clear and operate within stipulations for e-business in different countries. It must be established that all underlying transactions are legal within countries in which they may be undertaken. Legalities of contracts made using the e-business’s site should have their terms clearly stipulated on the site. The point at which a binding contract is entered into by the customer and the e-business should be made clear, and so should the terms and conditions of those contracts (DCEB, 2012).

It Is however notable and commendable that the display at the top of the site keeps changing as the pictures glide to reveal more pictures although they too are not very brightly colored. The rest of the site is structures in divided into six boxes, each dealing with a specific aspect of the online photo management. The information is presented in text form, times new roman font. This is a relatively serious font usually used in official documents. It therefore gives the home page of the site a very official and somewhat cold feel. The individual explanation tabs however reveal better picture displays. Information displayed is however easy to read, despite its official feel. The site seems to have failed in the use of animated graphics. It is also not as interactive as it could be. It therefore lacks appeal for young viewers.
