1. Abstract, one page : This is paper abstract section. Please summary the main points of my project.
2. Issues Encountered, one page: Issues encountered in my project is scope change. Due to NBC is upgrading their newsletter data analysis tools and their marketing database, my project changed from newsletter regressions to newsletter performance data analysis. The old database is Omniture, and the new database is called Extra Target. The solutions for scope change is to communicate and get approve from my project sponsor and project professors. Also change my Work Breakdown Structure to meet the deadline.
3. Lessons Learned, one page: you can write how I improved my project management skills and data analysis skills.
4. Conclusions and Summary, one page: summary of my paper
5. Limitations, and Scope for Future work, one page: Limitations of my project is short time phrase and therefore, the data analysis for video experience and newsletter performance may not be comprehensive. Scope for future work can be deeper analysis, or larger data analysis and prediction analysis.
