Please remember that most structures are not “clean”, so they always have elements of another structure or even a matrix, we are looking for the primary global structure. Also, a lot of times there is no organization chart published on the website, so you have to look for “company structure” and “senior leadership” to help you determine the structure.
Part II (International Joint Ventures)
Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile (TPCA) was established as a joint venture of Toyota Motor Corporation and PSA Peugeot Citroën. The plant to produce the three almost identical small cars (Aygo – Toyota, 107 – Peugeot, C1- Citroen) is located in Kolin in the Czech Republic.
