the policy memorandum should be addressed to a real policymaker that can do something about the reform of the public policy am recommending. in this case, the memorandum should be addressed to the head of ICE(Immigration and Customs Enforcement). my policy reform will be trying to find a solution for the illegal immigration activity from the Mexican borders to U.S premises. as asked by the professor, the subject should be narrowed down to solve one aspect of the whole issue. and in my case, i chose to find a solution to the employers in the US who are attracting the Mexicans to illegally cross the borders. Mexicans are crossing the borders because they know that once they’re in the country, they can find jobs since employers seek cheap labor that Mexicans can provide. i should have in the memorandum 4 policy options to solve this problem and try and limit the job vacancies offered by US employers and then recommend and persuade the policymaker to one of my policy options that i believe can solve the problem. as mentioned in the instructions attached to this email i should base my research on at least 4 academic resources and 4 journal or newspaper resources that should be printed and attached to my paper(so please i need u to send me the exact sources used in order to be able to print them). the presentation attached to another email can also give a brief idea of the issue am trying to tackle.
