Assessing the Methodological Qualities of the Included Studies
Assess included studies qualities by retrieve the information and data syntheses, discuss depend on the studies strengths, and weaknesses. Appraising these included studies will concentrate on assessing the methodology for each study, such as: research design, sample, and measurements.
Describe studies included:
– an over view of the study included by name with short comparison between those study depending on study design and sample
Impact of communication of job satisfaction (The Emerging Themes)
– divided the included studies into group(themes) depending on the aim of those studies
the suggested themes will be ( you can change the themes if you like )
interpersonal communication between nurse and other health provider
organizational communication and effect on job satisfaction
job satisfaction and nurses turnover
Discussions and Overview of the Included Studies (2500 words)
Each study will be critically apprised depending on study design ,methods used, sample selection , rigor of the study ( use research methods books to support the critique )
