I have created a literature review/introduction for the proposal (I am uploading it), you have to:
1. Create Research Questions (half page)
2. Describe methodology with as many details as possible (1.5 pages)
Please clearly present what could be dependent variable, proxies, etc.
for example you can use PASTAT as a source where you can present “patent Based Indicator method”
For the purpose of Other R&D survey (mix matching method could be possible or CIS (community innovation survey) please present different approaches for each type of the data (survey) that could be used in regard to proposal.
