The experiment being discussed in this lab report deals with bacterial transformation which in this case deals with the
bacteria E.coli taking up two traits and incorporating it into their own DNA for optimal survival. The two genes being
introduced are PAMP and Lux operon. The PAMP gives resistance to ampacilian and lux operon allows for bioluminescence.
