1. The paper should be an informal, (although organized and logical) response to the reading assignments about muss murder in Cambodia and genocide in Rwanda.

c. What is the role of official ideology (especially nationalism and racism) in mass murder?
d. How do popular prejudeces and hatred encourage common people to participate in mass murder?
e. Who are the killers in a muss murder and what arguments did they use to justify their behavior?
