1. Compile the report into a 5 slide presentation with the following sections:

b. Bioactive compounds:
c. Health Benefits:
d. Safety/Toxicity)
2. Your presentation should not be superficial and should have significant scientific depth in all sections (2 a-d) .
3. The presentation and paper should complement each other.
4. Presentation will be graded on the following criteria
a. Clarity; Logical Flow; Depth; Comprehensiveness; Power point Quality
