Students will asked to prepare three 600 word case studies (1800 words in total) on leadership in action from their own practical, organisational or business experience. Each entry should be divided into four sections: (1) Situation; (2) Complication; (3) Resolution; (4) Insight and Implication. Students will be expected to reflect on how the case study chosen reflects, challenges or qualifies theories and principles surfaced during the course.
Each case study should reflect an original insight in the way leadership was used to achieve an outcome, trying on a framework drawn from the academic or practitioner literature.
