His mother was Louis Marie Adelaide de Bourbon. He was a mere teenager of sixteen when the Revolution broke out and he dedicated himself to it. He became a member of the Jacobin Club in 1790.He recruited in the armed forces in but quitted in 1793 like Gen.Charles Francois Dumouriz. He was elevated to the rank of Lieutenant General in 1792 and Marquis de Lafayette pulled strings and he became the King of France. His regime was known as July Monarchy. He exiled in Switzland and became a teacher under an alias. Then he whiled some time in U.S and returned to England in the 1800s where he married Marie-Amelie,a daughter of Ferdinand IV of Naples. The rebellion that enacted Louis-Philippe to power was made up of the high class bourgeoisie. Louis Philippe empowered his throne by reconciling the legitimist and the socialist in conjunction with the republicans. Seeing that his life hung on the thread because of the many trials as in rebellions and assassinations, he ruled with an iron fist and as by 1830s his opposes had quieted .Louis –Philippe emboldened the role of France in Europe. He worked in cohorts with the British allies and challenged the Dutch to be on familiar terms with the independence of Belgium. There was a misery both in agriculture and the industries in 1846 and it brought dissatisfaction to the common citizens. He was challenged with an anti-regime by the proletarians and the middle elite. He called off his regime on February 1848 and exiled to Surrey, England where he breathed his last. The cause of his death remains anonymous.
