Steinbeck and Sons Funeral Services operate across Australia with 23 locations in and
around the capital and large regional cities. At the last board meeting the directors decidedto open two new locations; Gold Coast and Margaret River (WA). Each facility wouldinitially require an experience mortician (funeral director), an administrator, a parlourcosmetician and a driver. The directors are not sure whether to outsource the selection,process, transfer existing staff or advertise from scratch.
