I need to write a 10 page paper on the field of negotiations that demonstrates the knowledge of negotiations we learned in the managerial negotiations class. The topic on this paper can be broad and it can go into 1) historical study: analyze a deal/treaty/conflict through library research and/or interviews 2) consulting project: analyze a manager’s or company’s current challenge and develop recommendations, 3) business plan: propose a business concept related to negotiation/ collaboration/ resource allocation/ trading/ group decision making/ networking etc. The writer can choose from the three options above and write the essay. This essay will need to include concepts of negotiation skills and will need to be written by someone who has knowledge in the field. While the topic can be broad, we need to make sure that good knowledge of negotiation skills is demonstrated in the paper. Please do communicate with me and make sure that the writer consults with me on what he/she will be writing. I would like to know what the writer plans to write about and how it will be done. I can provide sample essays from the past to provide an idea. But, these are not to be used as a reference and should not be used in the essays that we will be writing here.
