This week the focus will be on critical success factors and stakeholders. How stakeholders’ views may interact with at least three critical success factors identified …
From one perspective there are critical success factors. From another perspective these critical success factors might lead to new projects.
Especially activities by competitors – from a specific point of view these are also “external stakeholders”, of course they are not interested to help. But based on competitors projects the own organisation might be influenced in a positive way to response with innovative ideas. So critical success factors might lead to positive ones.
