Organisational communication can be viewed from many theoretical perspectives. You have encountered at least three theoretical approaches, referred to in this subject as: functional, meaning-centred and emerging (Shockley-Zalabak, 2012). Your task is to critically evaluate ONE of the perspectives focusing on how it shapes and accounts for communication processes in an organisational context. Your assessment should be presented in a report format with the headings detailed in the presentation section of this assessment item. Rationale
