I need to re-write a thesis proposal. They original paper is provided, but all literature needs to be updated. (at least 2005 or later, preferably 2010 and later) Also the research question needs to be rephrased, since it is not researching something new, of something that has not been researched yet. You can change it as long as it can be researched (qualitative) in a masculine company (company with almost no women employees.) The literature should suggest that there is a cap and thus a academic relevance to investigate this specific RQ. The comments of my lecturer are provided as well, if needed. You should introduce the topic of study, highlight and review some of the relevant scholarly literature and identify gaps as well as areas of interest that will form the initial basis for your research project. You should come up with a logic and sound research design to investigate your topic.
Write a research plan which contains:
– One or more research questions
– An introduction to the research question(s)
– A brief outline of the research design (research method, description research units, main variables)

Size: 1,000 – 2,000 words
Format: Your paper should be double spaced, in 12 point plain Times New Roman font.
