Think about the organization you currently work for or one you’ve worked for in the past. If you’ve never worked you will need to interview someone about the organization they’ve worked for. Additionally, if you don’t want to write about your current or former employer you can interview someone about their employer.The following are the required components of your paper:
1.The name of the organization
2.The organization’s mission and how they accomplish their mission
3.The position you (interviewee*) holds/held at the organization
4.How long you (interviewee) have worked at the organization
5.Examine the organization’s culture by exploring the three levels of organizational culture (Chapter 3 – Exhibit 3.6 and Section 5 of the chapter). For example, discuss the dress code at the organization and explain how that may be a demonstration of the organization’s level of professionalism
6.Discuss how the organization’s culture has or could help/hinder its success
*If you interview someone you need to clearly state that you interviewed someone.
The body of your paper needs to be a minimum of 350 words. Your paper needs to adhere to the formatting requirements in the syllabus.
