Choose one of these: Write a narrative essay on an experience from your youth that has affected you as an adult. What happened? What did you learn? How do you feel about it now? Or … Have you ever been on a trip within the uS or abroad that caused you to experience culture shock? Where did you go? What causes you to feel culture shock? Was it a good experience? Why or why not? What did you learn from the experience?? I say choose the latter. My GF is from Kentucky where it’s very country and southern. I’m Filipino and have lived in Fl the majority of my life. I thought it was a nice change to see the life of a small town with only one McDonald’s, one Taco Bell etc etc.. Vastly different from Florida.. Plus the winter and seeing snow for the first time was amazing.
