This assessment requires to you prepare a project plan on an event or activity of your choosing.

• Work breakdown structure, including major activities in each project phase.

• Project schedule/time management with milestones (10 marks)
• Resource plan with details for effective cost estimate, budgeting, control and reporting (10 marks)
• Plan for the mitigation of project risks (5 marks)
• Plan for auditing the project upon completion (5 marks)
• Appropriate appendices, accurately organised and referred. (4 marks)
