* Create a crisis negotiation team
* Create a memorandum or flyer to advertise for the open positions. One page per position.
* Ensure to list the various negotiator team positions that will require filling.
* Explain what those positions are and what duties they entail.
* Also identify the qualifications necessary to be considered for the team.
