You are promoted to an airline food quality research team.  Your first task is to figure out why there are so many customers complaining about the quality of pre-prepared foods served during first-class flights.

The term quality does not have a clearly defined meaning although the servers have received many complaints regarding the quality of the meals.  Identify three variables involved with quality, ope-rationalize them, and determine how to measure them along their dimensions.  Argue for the relevance, ope-rationalization, measurement, and dimension of the three variables.  Further, argue how your variables interact as to allow a measurement of quality.
