In order to receive the points at the end of the semester, you must do the following:
For each session attended, write a 200-word (minimum) paragraph identifying the speaker by name OR by other identifying information from the talk.
Discuss the speaker’s overarching purpose and then discuss your overall take-away from the session.
Each paragraph should be a brief summary of what you heard followed by a critique (positive, negative, questions for the speaker, what you learned, or a combination of things…). To receive the full points, be specific in your discussion.
The writing should be titled “Symposium Extra Credit” and is due via e-mail Please submit the assignment in ONE Word document.
