Pleases use my observation and my points about radiology department at NUFFELD hospital in Glasgow city at UK in reflection essay and read carefully Doctor’s feedback for last essay with guidelines.
I have been there for 2 days. It is Small and privet hospital. Staff was very nice, very polite and cooperative.
First day the mentor shows me all departments. There are one CTscan , one MRI , one US. Then she explained tome schedule of staff and how is she arrange it?
This is good chance and new knowledge to me to know how I do timetable for my employee when I back my hospital
Then she sitting with me on CT scan and explained to me the procedure which used for abdomen and pelvis scan in addition she showed me how she prepared the contrast and injected by injector machine .
Second day it was very useful because I attended with US radiologist she is a Doctor she wasvery excellent in her scan and professional to record report. She showed me her technique when she use the Probe , she did her patients by herself that was different when I compare with my place ,in my department the radiographer do patients exam then send the images to radiologist to write report . in addition ,She explained to me how she select the images and which images are important to save in patient file also she learn me principal how she start to write report
