REFLECTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN
Submit a 1,200-1,450 word paper in which you translate your course learning into a reflective personal development plan. Your plan should define a strategy for maximizing your human resource management effectiveness by doing the following:
• Identify the models/theories through the course work that you have identified as the HRM characteristics you wish to demonstrate in future health care management roles.
• Based on competencies as well as the models and theories provided through the texts, assess your current HRM core values as they relate to the management style you aspire to adopt.

• Provide a realistic time line for the action items.
