REPORTon change and HRM

In thisREPORT students are required to analyse an organisation that has undergone a change in the last 2 years and make recommendations using the theories of one of the topics from the course. The aim of theREPORT is to provide an in-depth analysis of the theories from any one of the following topics:

– Power and resistance to change
– HRM and organisational change
– Change and sustainability

TheREPORT should be written in third person and supported in text with a minimum of 8 contemporary (published after year 2000) academic peer-refereed journal articles.

The Report will be assessed according to the following criteria:
1. Clear identification of the your chosen organisation and the problem, issue or impetus for change
2. Accuracy of description of the components and processes of the change
3. Depth of analysis of the organisation using relevant literature
4. Appropriateness of evaluation and recommendations
5. Research that is appropriate and refereed
6. Structure, Style and Presentation
o Clear and logical structure
o Free of spelling and grammatical errors
o Consistent use of APAv6 referencing style
o Within word limit (+/- 10% allowance)
o Times new roman or Arial, 12 point font, 1.5 spacing
