Fast foods faced criticism because they are the causatives of negative health defects. According to research by the Center of Science in the Public Interests, the fast foods occur under the meals that have high levels of calories and Trans fats. The prominence of the fast foods has developed through the modern consumers who have a hesitant explanation when faced by issues concerning fast foods. McDonald’s advertisements are not deceptive as they based on real practical perceptions. The act of the Federal Nutrition Labeling and Education Act, it was stated that McDonalds held the superlative legal level within the New York state. Through these legal standards, MacDonald has developed with the courts confirming about their rights of the Attorney General. These generated a complaint against McDonalds in the suitable court of law.
