**** I want you please to write those two points, but please try to follow the structure under each point based on the information given in the case and chapter 7&8 in a book called “A Self-Diagnostic Approach to Understanding Organizational and Personal Stressors” written by “Bernadette H. Schell” … But to use most of the pages for the recommendations part please.
Also, I want focus a lot in the personality of the indvisols in the case “their thoughts, believes, and behaviours”….
Also, I want you some research and theories from chapters 7&8 to apply the recommendations… In addition, I want you please to use some external research and theories from other sources “you can choose any source, but please indicate the name of the source and the name of the writer”….
In the applications managerial part I want you please to focus on your self, so you can feel your self in the case problem position, and how you deal these problem as a manger using the book and the case. Also, I want you to use some external research or theories that you can apply it in this part.
In addition, I want you please to use some charts, illustrations, exhibits when you use the external research on both parts.
Finally, after these two parts I wan you please to add more two or three present cases that has the same problem as “Richard Neely Case”… Just write the name of the persons and the problem in the brief….
