Presentation
You are required to prepare a presentation which gives an answer to the question: “How do we assess service quality in an organisation and why is it important?”
Students are required to prepare up to 12 slides addressing the question above. To accompany each slide students need to include notes explaining how each slide would be presented and what points they would make to support the materials outlined on the slides. You are required to submit a hard copy (paper copy) of your work, it may be hand written or produced using a computer package.
Assessment Criteria
15% Written presentation skills;
85% Coverage of the topic and evidence of investigation with conclusions and recommendations for the organisation.
