Should regulations for home schools be changed?

Should regulations for home schools be changed?
I have chosen the topic because of the increase in events of home schools within the United States. Since it is proving to be a common problem to the entire society, it is essential to understand its contribution and effects to the society. The audiences for this research include parents and education policy makers. Regulations for home schools should be changed for both theoretical and practical reasons thus prevention of the concept of educational harm to the few students or citizens.
Should changes be made to the U.S. immigration policy?
I chose this topic because of the overwhelming immigrants in the United States thus the increment in the level of pressure on the available resources and criminal cases. This makes migration an essential matter thus the need to evaluate the role of the immigration policies in creating the situation within the United States. The audience for this research includes the immigration department and the government of the United States. The United States immigration policy should be changed by congress to minimize cases of terrorism, reduce stress on the available resources, and facilitate the achievement of dreams by law-abiding immigrants.
Should taxes on alcohol and tobacco be increased to help pay for rising medical costs?
I chose the topic because of the conditions through which individual lose their lives under the influence of tobacco and alcohol consumption. Despite the strict health warnings in relation to drug abuse, there are still cases of alcohol and tobacco consumption thus endangering the lives of the citizens. The target audiences for this research exercise include medical practitioners, smokers, and the government of the United States. There should be increase in taxes in relation to tobacco and alcohol to carter for the increment in the medical costs because it will not alter the consumption rate, but reduce the health risks through available medical attention and facilities.
