Below is the guideline of the coursework. The course name is Six Sigma for Manager and you will need to have done courses with Six Sigma previously in order to be able to write a paper on it.
Also, there are some DMAIC Articles, it contains some of the articles that you might want to review as a guide as to how Six Sigma/DMAIC is deployed and reported.
The format of the coursework takes that of a journal article and I would suggest that you write to the format as adopted by many of the journal articles listed in the reading list. Typically, the format they follow is as follows:
Introduction
Literature Review
Methodology
Discussion of Findings
Define Phase
Measure Phase
Analyse Phase
Improve Phase
Control Phase
· Recommendation and Conclusion.
Finally, I will also include lectures slides and reading to give you more information.
