At this point in the course, we have discussed ethics at length, and you have been dealing with it regularly in your Business Ethics discussion forums. Your assignment for this lesson is a case study of ethical decisions made by a company.
We have covered many legal issues that can arise in the course of business transactions. View the ethics videos and scripts associated with them on the previous page. After you read the information, write a paper that identifies the ethical issues portrayed. Explain how you would deal with each issue if it were presented to you as an employer, using information and techniques from the ethics chapter you read, the posts you have been discussing with your classmates, and your own research. Also, describe and explain the systems/policies you (as the employer) would put in place to help prevent the issue from occurring. If you are referencing outside sources, including your textbook and your classmates, please provide full and correct citations.
Your paper should be 600 to 800 words in length and include logical paragraphs as well as appropriate spelling and grammar, as they will be part of the grading rubric. It relates to a video and some reading.
