The sources must be academically credible and not include popular literature sources. The majority of the annotated bibliographic entires should be peer reviewed publication from journals in the field of Human Resources Management or related to HRM. Each source should be one paragraph (approximately 125-150 words) to include a synopsis of the publications content, the relevance of the source and a statement of how the reference applies to the field of HRM.
