This is a one year marketing plan project from 2015 to 2016.It is a group project and i am doing below.We are introducing a new line to PANERA BREAD which is GLUTEN FREE BREAD AND PASTRIES

1)Introduction:Highlights of the brand’s historical and recent operations.it is useful to prepare graph’s of the brands performance that shows its sales.This must also include the recent strategies,coverage,brand awareness etc.

2)Situation analysis

a)SWOT analysis and Environmental conditions such as economic,social,political,legal or cooperate environments.

b)Industry analysis:who do they compete with,it must also compare them with specific companies in the fast food e.g. mc donalds and fast gourmet e.g. tripoli

c)Customer analysis:customer demographics etc

d)Company analysis:How competitive they are ,micheal five porters analysis,competitive analysis and sustainable competitive advantage.
