Please checked the rubric and actual paper out the chair memember has specific points and some was written by you (U2214). I would like to finish but it is always something. I tried to keep cooperative learning but i do not think it will work with this proposal.My chair stated that this has to be a local proroI have been at this dissertation proposal for awhile and dying to graduate. I can not get this proposal approved. My chair states I need to define my problem. Doctor of education has to be define with a local problem in the workplace. My project study I want to convince or approve that simulation is vital due to many reason a) students are not exposed to various high-risk patients in the clinical area. They are not able to connect theory with practice. Also, I need literature to back this up that it work for our areas of studies as a possibilities, and in simulation we can make this happen. Simulation is new to maternity- the school desperate need of equipment, supplies, and trained staff to make this experience more lived. Second, research shows lack of documented data with maternity students versus medical surgical patients. Hope to obtained approval soon and this study will be beneficial to my school of nursing which would be worthwhile to do. On the other hand the school would see the benefit to allocate the cost so simulation can be run more effectively to increase knowledge acquisition. I am hoping to do this study soon but as you see my time is clicking. I need your help U2214. I have so much out there and still feel I have not gotten anywhere. Please help. All the areas that the chair commented on and add additional to identify what the problem is – please look at the rubric and the paper- I think that this should be around 10 pages including the abstract. Remember I am an EdD(c) student
