The Neonatal Male Circumcision is bioethically correct or not?

Forum Description
In this forum, we are going to practice using the principles of bioethics along with the basics of moral reasoning.

First, please read the following article, by Alex Myers, titled: “Neonatal Male Circumcision.” While reading the article, look at the author’s main argument, and how he implicitly uses several different bioethical principles such as autonomy, beneficence, and nonmaleficence to support his view.

Then, answer the follow questions and number your responses accordingly:

Try to put the author’s argument in argument form as the author of your book does throughout Chapter 1. See Arguments labeled Arguments 1 – 9 as examples, and use the methodology on p. 28 as your basis.
Critically assess the author’s argument by using the criteria covered in Chapter 1. For instance, does the argument commit any of the fallacies discussed? Do you see any conceptual problems with any of the terms used in the premises? Is his argument valid and sound?
Then, state your personal position on male circumcision, and justify it. In supporting your position, I want you to state at least two novel scientific facts from outside sources and to use at least two bioethical principles. Also, make sure to cite your facts and to clearly state the bioethical principles you are using, so you can receive feedback on their use. By doing this, you will start to get the hang of how to use empirical evidence and the ethical principles to support your positions, which is part of the grading criteria for all discussions posts.
Considering Sam Harris’s position, what role do you think science plays in answering questions such as whether male circumcision is ethically impermissible?
Did the scientific research you found alter your ethical position? If so, how? If not, did you simply cherry pick the empirical evidence to support your pre-existing ethical views?

The writer has to state my position. I just want to let know that I do not agree because is not any scientific support to continue this procedure.
In the past probably, because there was no portable water as today. Because of that, the hygiene was not like today; to prevent diseases caused by bacteria that accumulated between the folds of the penis, in the pass the people preferred to circumcision.
Please make sure to state my idea and of course, support it with medical sources.
