1. Executive Summary
Tony’s, the company that Tim Schrafe works in has several departments that are headed by different managers and overall head being Tony Marcella. The company has however some vacant posts that is yet to be filled like the general manager among others. There company does not have enough staff among other relevant departments relevant for the normal operation of the business. The company has hence to juggle between its available staffs so as to get its daily operations running. The company similarly lacks a clear set of rules and policies of conduct that would manage how its staff behaves. This has led to the deterioration of behavior from its staff in the top office. The incidence at the photocopier where there is lack of respect for business, no fear for laws of the authority, shows a lack of clear set of guidelines of conduct as well as lack of staff. The stand staff has no sense of authority in places that they are accorded, they fear to efficiently undertake their business as required leading to brushing it off. This has similarly hindered what consequences he would write in his report. The photocopier incidence is a clear sense of poor communication and authority as well as not enough labor force to do some of the important duties vital to the company.
2. Statement of the problem
Tim Schrafe is a service manager at Tony’s Bar and Eatery has brought about problems in the company due to his inappropriate behavior. The decision criteria will be based on specific criteria which would be with regard to the incident that took place in the restaurant. Considering that Schrafe gets to the restaurant when he was off duty and late in the night, there would be the desire to manage the time limiting the coming to the restaurant for other business managers. This would limit interference and effective operation at the business premises. A solution of not later than 10:30 pm for coming to the restaurant would be placed consequently restricting people or managers from other business department form interfering with the business while intoxicated. Credits incurred would be forwarded to relevant office for deductions. This would strengthen the rule of not getting involved with the juniors as well as interfering with the business. However, this would add additional work to the business that was not intended as well as hindering staff efficiency as they would be separated from their bosses.
5. Recommended Solution, implementation and justification
The aspect of regulating time at which one comes into the restaurant was set at 10:30 pm or complete restriction would be directed at the managers from other departments who are not on duty. They would be restricted from coming to the restaurant. This is aimed at doing away with their interference to the normal running of the business. Past this time no drink or entrance would be served to them while intoxicated. This would otherwise call for reporting to the relevant authorities if force is applied. This would be in an attempt to hinder a destruction of the piece and running of the business. This method is the best since when one is intoxicated he does not know what he is doing and giving them a free pass would affect the customers’ peace. It would work considering that the business is against such unruly behavior and so is the law.

This is seen as destruction of peace that the government would take swift action on while the company would do much to save face as it would affect the normal running of the business and customer satisfaction.
With regard to the desire for free drinks or drinks on credit, there would be nothing of the sort offered to the managers. This takes place all the time as this is bound to encourage others to do so. The back to this would be offering drinks on credit but involving the relevant departments to deduct it from their salaries. This would work as it does away with any sort of destruction that may result. Considering that drug addicts are persistent and cause a lot of drama.
