It must be 5 paragraphs, with each paragraph having 8-10 sentences, except for the 1st and last paragraph. 2 sentences are fine for the introduction and conclusion paragraph. It doesn’t matter how many words are used, and it doesn’t need to be a full 2 pages. The essay can’t have words like “I” and “me” in it.
