To engage the student into thinking of creative ways healthcare organizations can use electronic communication tools with regards to healthcare privacy and security
Assignment Description:
Your healthcare organization is considering using e-mail for patient care communication. What would be the advantages and disadvantages of using this form of communication for patient care? What would you advise the organization to do to protect the confidentiality of patient information if e-mail was used? What other ways can you communicate with patients remotely?
