As in all of our cases this semester, the question(s) and/or dilemma is clearly stated in the case, as are other factors that may influence the outcome and your recommendation, including lessons learned from the previous cases and the chapters in the book (e.g. – the most recent chapter that we discussed on IPO’s). In this case, the company and its investor are deliberating on which of several stock exchanges the company should use for its IPO and subsequent listing. You, as a member of the investor group, need to be part of that decision and make a recommendation based on the facts and other information provided in the case.
