Week 11 Group CHECKLIST – What is due and when?
Week 11– Team Report – (worth 15%)
- Meet with your team to discuss, research and make decisions about the areas to be covered.
- Compile your ideas, supporting theory and research into one coherent, concise and APA referenced document.
- Use at least 2 journal articles. (5-10 references overall are expected at this level)
- Use the following formatting:
- numbered headings (16 font), sub heading (14 font) etc., (Eg. 1.0 Section heading, then 1.1 for the sub section heading)
- page numbers,
- 12 point Arial or Times New Roman font for the body / text within your report,
- 5 line spacing (not 2 or 1.15 Please!!)
- and 25mm margins,
- Use 3rd person tense (Don’t use – “I”, “my”, “us”, “we”, “our” etc. When writing your final report)
- Write 1500 words (+/- 10%) in report format FOR THE BODY OF THE REPORT with an executive summary, table of contents and appendices. (Appendix word count is NOT included in this 1500 words)
- Your appendices should include (as a minimum) a:
- Appendix A – total product concept map
- Appendix B – picture of your product/ brand/ packaging
- Appendix C – distribution diagram
- Appendix D – picture of a promotion idea (e.g. print advertisement, bill board advertisement, online advertisement)
- Appendix E – table of competitors’ pricing research
- It can also include any other relevant research or theory that your report refers to in the main body.
- Submit your finished report to Turnitin for marking before week 11’s class (and don’t forget to print your groups TII receipt).
