Our readings this week involve the concept of innovation – a critical part of organizational renewal. And the role of leadership within the innovation process, at a micro level – in every single conversation (and the micro-affirmations you might offer, or the in-the-moment coaching you might provide, or the re-frame you may generate, etc;)
