this is for a MASTERS level essay, Politics of Development class. I really, really need a good grade on this essay. Please help!!
The essay has to be heavily academic based. Keeping opinions to the barest minimum. Needless to say the professor hates essays that are more personal opinion based. And he likes it when some of the references he gave in the module’s reading list are used.

—This part of the module looks at the politics of development practice. This is not to try to define a correct development model, but rather to look at the power relations that underpin attempts to transform developing societies. Clearly, the state has been a key agent in development practice.
