For my project I need to add a dessert to Chipotles menu and come up with the below information for my marketing plan. We would like to add churros. Chipotle does not have any dessert options now and churros would be an easy dessert for all Chipotle restaurants to add to the menu.

Situation Analysis:

• SWOT Analysis: Construct a SWOT grid for your new product or service that reflects the current market situation. Include three (3) elements under each category of the grid.
