Write a research paper pertaining to instruction of adults in non-graded settings. Adult instruction has become an area of research due to the growing number of non-traditional students in colleges and universities combined with demands for work-site instruction to train employees. This paper is to focus on the unique nature of adult instruction in settings where grades are not a motivating factor to enforce learning. A minimum of 5 references is required. These references must be reliable, preferably from peer-reviewed journals.
