Everyone in the group (from Part 1) must choose a different “problem”.
This aspect of the project will be completed by each student individually wherein you will write a scholarly paper addressing a community health problem (“weakness”) identified for the community you assessed in “Part 1”. Include Healthy People:2020 data/goals/objective as appropriate.
Maximum page length is Ten (10) pages (including the title page and references pages; NO Abstract is needed for this assignment). Develop Community Education Intervention plan “as if” the plan would be implemented for a target group within the community.
