Research Proposal
Q: Please provide a research proposal paper which should include the following elements:
1. Provide a background of your study (1/2 – 1 page)
This should include information about why your research is important to conduct and the context of the problem.

5. Identify the opportunities and challenges involved in executing your research plan in the Saudi Aramco/Saudi Context (1.5 -2 pages)
Research Questions
These are the research questions that must be used in this research proposal paper:
1- Why does the upper management of Saudi Aramco use social media to communicate with the Company’s employees?
2- How social media can impact the relationship between the upper management and the employees of Saudi Aramco?
In addition, please include the below questions as Qualitative questions:
1- Why Saudi Aramco’s upper management employees should have accounts in the social media to communicate with the Company’s regular employees?
2- How do you think the social media usage will affect the relationship between the employees and the upper management?
